| In addition to keeping appointments on-time
and minimizing waiting time, Greater Waterbury Retina prides itself on
providing state-of-the-art treatment to the community. With
same-day diagnosis and treatment on-site for many retinal disorders,
we often eliminate the patient's need to travel to other medical
facilities. When surgery is necessary, most is performed on an
outpatient basis at Waterbury's conveniently located Naugatuck Valley
Surgical Center. Trained in minimally-invasive surgical techniques
and with extensive experience using lasers and intraocular drugs, Dr.
Zimmerman has the skills and resources to improve patient outcomes,
increase comfort, as well as decrease recovery time. |
