Extraordinary expertise:
Dr. Neal
Zimmerman is graduate of Penn State University and Thomas Jefferson
University's five-year B.S./M.D. program. Continuing his
education in Philadelphia, he completed his Internal Medicine internship
at Hahnemann Hospital, before completing his residency in ophthalmology
at West Virginia University Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident.
He completed his fellowship in Vitreo-Retinal Surgery at Cornell
University-New York Hospital in New York City.
Dr. Neal Zimmerman has further distinguished
himself by not only participating in clinical research, but initializing
several key studies, including the use of medication to stop
hemorrhaging in the eye associated with trauma. |
